Advanced Telecommunications Technology Research was founded by mLife Sp. z o.o. - provider of solutions for the telecommunications sector in Poland.

In 2011 company acquired a new shareholder, IQ Partners - leading Polish technology fund  specializing in the investments in the fields of Internet, mobile, e-commerce and IT.

On September 16th, 2011, Advanced Telecommunications Technology Research has been completely taken over by Mobile Partner SA.

Mobile Partner SA (100% shares) provides mobile solutions to support marketing activities and implementation of incentive programs. Company provides mobile systems improving management processes and also sales and marketing projects organization. Solutions offered by Mobile Partner SA are addressed to  marketing and e-commerce companies, newspaper publishers, advertising agencies organizing incentive and loyalty programs and  marketing research agencies.
